Chester A. Maszczenski Jr. graduated from Eastern Vocational Technical High School in 1983 as the top electrical student, along with various other honors. He later attended the Harford County Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship Program where he graduated in 1987, once again at the top of his class. He served as a substitute instructor at the school for the next two years. He gained valuable hands on experience while serving as a foreman for Seufert Electric and NorthEast Associates. After obtaining his MD State Master General Electrical License, he founded CAM Electric, Inc. in 1997.
